At PJ Interiors, we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our growing team. If you’re a proactive leader with a proven track record in managing construction or fit-out projects, we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be managing the entire site team, from subcontractors to suppliers, and ensuring that safety and compliance are always top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their work to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
- Maintain communication with the project manager, client, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
- Manage site resources, materials, and equipment to minimise delays and disruptions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues on-site and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Prepare progress reports and update project documentation as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and solve problems under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A valid CSCS card, SMSTS qualification, and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to travel to various sites across the country, depending on project requirements.
